Retreat Schedule
May 1: Arrival and Introduction
14:00 Check-in and warm welcome. Get familiar with the settings.
16:30 Introduction to Breath-based Hatha yoga followed by sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls
18:30 Dinner
Free time. Connect, play board games, or relax in a sauna.
May 2: Deepening Practice
7:45 Morning yoga – Breath based Hatha
9:00 Breakfast
10:00 Meditation (outside if the weather allows)
Free time for nature walk and personal reflections. Read a book in a hammock or explore the hotel’s facilities: gym, sauna, game room.
12:30 Lunch
16:00 Workshop: importance of posture for wellbeing (yoga) followed by Tibetan sound relaxation
18:30 Dinner
May 3: Mindfulness and Meditation
7:45 Morning yoga – Breath based Hatha
9:00 Breakfast
Free time for nature walk and personal reflections.

14:00 Short talk “Life hacks for longevity” by Prof.Luca Simeone. The talk will present scientific evidence on the body’s natural capacity to heal and thrive through essential practices, including specific postural exercises, breathing techniques, fasting, mindful eating and meditation.
15:00 Gongfu style tea session with Prof. Luca Simeone
16:30 Yoga and a sound healing session
