About Our Retreat

Our retreat offers the perfect opportunity to explore breath-based Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, pranayama, meditation, lymphatic activation, and sound healing baths while enjoying traditional Indian cuisine and great company. You’ll have the chance to connect with Ella Bay, a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500 Yoga Alliance), and her husband Luca, a university professor and a fellow yoga teacher, who are eager to share their insights and experiences outside the yoga room.

We emphasise building a regular personal practice as the foundation for enhancing your quality of life, especially for those dealing with stress, anxiety, premenopause, or simply aiming to maintain a healthy mind and body. 

You will have a rare opportunity to sign up for an exclusive personal sound healing session or receive personalised yoga coaching. Yoga reflects all aspects of life and can be a natural remedy or solution for many life situations.

Evening Yoga Class: Introduction to breath-based Hatha yoga style complimented with the Tibetan singing bowls relaxation at the end.

Indian Dance Class with Sangeetha

Learn vibrant Bollywood dance steps and dive into the joyful rhythms of India.

Another dance class for the kids will be provided at 16:30 while the parents do yoga.
