Short bio
I am a certified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance RYT-500 from Akasha Yoga Academy). I also got additional certifications to teach Yin Yoga, Meditation, advanced Hatha Yoga and Pranayama. My journey has taken me to the Indian Himalayas to study sound healing, and I am thrilled to offer sound healing sessions to my clients.
I am a certified Brain Longevity Specialist by Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation.
I maintain a strong affiliation with the Swami Amlanand Yoga Ashram located in the serene surroundings of Haridwar, India. Additionally, I am privileged to contribute as a guest instructor, offering teachings as part of their esteemed 200-hour yoga teacher training course curriculum.
In my practice and studies, I focus on physical, mental and emotional well-being. I participate in research about the impact of yoga on ageing, stress management and brain longevity.
I am also the managing partner of Logic Moon, where I lead art-based initiatives that support processes of personal growth and community engagement for vulnerable populations.
In Europe, I offer workshops and seminars for private and public organisations that prioritize their employees’ well-being and foster a peaceful organizational culture. With over two decades of experience in the finance industry and an MBA from the UK under my belt, I possess a robust understanding of the challenges organisations encounter. With this knowledge at my disposal, I am fully prepared to provide support and counsel as a consultant specializing in yoga-style or happiness coaching.

What I can offer to individuals
I offer one-to-one sessions in person (Malmö, Sweden) and online. I specialize in working with beginners who are curious about the significance of yoga but may not fully grasp its appeal. I help them build their independent practice. My teaching approach follows the traditional style, emphasising experiential learning, discussions, and adapting to the student’s internal inquiries.
For seasoned practitioners, I offer review and guidance on incorporating breath-based principles and techniques into their existing yoga routines.
I also provide individual sound healing sessions designed to alleviate stress from the body and mind.
My services include tailored classes, developing personalized programs, mentorship, and support for integrating yoga philosophy into everyday life.

For organisations, I provide tailored workshops focusing on posture improvement, stress management, and brain longevity, and I also offer to integrate yoga sessions into your corporate events. These group sessions offer participants a refreshing break from prolonged periods of sitting during more intense segments. I provide my sessions in different styles, ranging from a presentation to fun team-building sessions.
As a former head of research and strategy for large international organisation and current managing partner of a consulting firm, I deeply understand the needs of corporate clients.
