Welcome, I'm Ella Bay
I’m a yoga teacher (RYT-500), sound healing practitioner, and certified Brain Longevity® Specialist. My path has taken me from international banking to guiding people in finding inner calm and resilience.
I use Tibetan singing bowls, gong, yoga, and breathwork to help reduce stress, improve focus, and support long-term well-being. These practices are simple, accessible, and deeply restorative – no matter your background, age, or experience level.
My approach blends the depth of ancient wisdom with a practical, modern touch. Whether in a group sound bath, a private session, or a retreat, I create spaces where you can reconnect with yourself and leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more centered.

Rediscover Yoga
For centuries, yoga was an individualized practice, guided by a teacher who offered personalized instruction to cultivate balance, awareness, and inner growth. In the 20th century, however, Westernisation and commercialization transformed yoga into a group-based, fitness-focused activity — often reducing it to gym exercises and stretching routines, and losing its original depth and purpose.
My approach returns yoga to its authentic roots, combining individualised guidance with evidence-based practices that support cognitive health, resilience, and longevity. By integrating traditional asanas, yin practices, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and sound healing, I help individuals cultivate:
